About Patton Computers
Patton Computers was started in January 2002 in Collierville, TN. The Patton family, decided that Collierville needed a retail computer store to cater to the needs of computer enthusiast, and small business owners, as well as residential customers.
Since 2002, Patton Computers has become the premier provider of computer repair service for the Memphis and surrounding Shelby County.
We are a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating. Patton Computers is also a member of the Collierville Chamber of Commerce.
Patton Computers is located on Poplar Avenue in Collierville and Store Hours are:
Monday- Thursday 9AM-7PM
Friday & Saturday 9AM-6PM

Patton Computers is the single largest source for all computer hardware and peripherals for our surrounding area. We specialize in hard to find cables, adaptors, cards, and various electronics.
Other Big Box Retailers tend to only serve the public with high profit parts and never carry the hard to find SKU's. If your are looking for a certain hard to find part, we specialize in being your source. We have thousands of unique computer parts in inventory.
The retail store has over 6,000sqFt of retail store area, and we are currently in the middle of construction of a new stand alone building of over 12,000sqFt.
We also offer Patton Onsite Computer Service to area small business and residential customers. Our current rates can be seen under the Repair Tab.

In Store Computer Repair
We offer a flat fee computer repair for our customers that come into the store. This is done on a first come first served basis. There are two levels of service, Standard Repair and Expedited Repair.
Standard Repair is $89 + tax
Flat Labor Fee
This Flat Labor fee is paid up front by the customer at time of check in.
Standard Repair is usually performed in four to eight business days and depends on the amount of computers in front of you. This covers all the labor but does not cover any parts.
If there is parts that are needed, a repair technician will call you for approval, before parts are replaced.
Expedited Repair is our premium Instore Repair. By choosing this service, you are provided a quick repair, for a locked in flat labor rate.
Expedited Repair is $149 + tax
Expedited Repair is usually performed in one to two business days. Expedited repair basically places you at the front of the line to be repaired (not including other Expedited repairs). This covers all the labor, but does not cover any parts. This service is provided for business customers and residential customers that, for whatever reason, cannot be without their computer.
Patton Computers' Instore Repair provides our customers with a quality service at an affordable price. Big Box Retailers and other hourly computer repair shops exploit their customers, by charging the learning curve to them.
Patton Computers offers a 30-day guarantee on all repair. Bring Backs executing this guarantee must be brought into the store.
Patton Onsite Computer Service
To our business customers, we offer the following service:
Business Service Call Fee $129 1st hour After the 1st hour, billed at $90 /hr.
One hour minimum. So for example, a one hour Business service call is $129.00 any additional time is billed in 1/2 hour increments.
Patton Onsite Computer Service is the quickest mode of repair that we offer. We can usually schedule service calls for the same day. There are two forms of Patton Onsite Computer Service,
Residential and Business.
Residential Service Call $129 1st hour
After the 1st hour, billed at $90 /hr.
One hour minimum. So for example, a one hour Residential service call is $129.00 any additional time is billed in 1/2 hour increments.
Patton Computers Onsite Repair also comes with a 30 Day Guarantee.
If for some reason the problem we fixed occurs again within 30 days, we will send our Onsite Repair Technician back out for no additional charge.
Patton Computer is a Break-Fix Company.
We do not believe in Managed Services, Remote Help, or buying Blocks of time, or contracts. Someone gets taken advantage of in all the above service(s)
We come when you need us. You pay for the service you use, and you are not locked into any contracts.
